Level 7?

I got to level 7 but couldn't figure out what to do; tried to jump out of door but it didn't work, looked around the room but couldn't find anything, is there something else I'm supposed to do? Is it a glitch that I couldn't jump out the door?

plans? ok, jump out the door, find the rock that leads to level 8

But you can't fit into the rock without noclipping
