Is this compatible with the various mods that add late-game tech? ESC? Gigastructures? ACOT? etc.?

If you have a collection you'd be willing to publish of your preferred, publicly available, mods, I'd be keen on seeing it.

Likewise a collection of just the entire SE collection itself would be convenient.

I love the intent of this and am going to start a game to see how it goes, but I like playing with fancy late-game stuff as well as having solid cost:benefit like you're establishing.
