Yeah, that I'm using too many might be why yours is not starting.
Have no idea which mod is causing the conflict. The rest work.

I tested with some of the mods and didn't find any problem with getting the relic. Is it just happening for a single character? Are the original characters getting this relic? Unfortunately, I don't have time to test with all mods, but here is some of them that I've tested:

I think most event, card, and (some) relic mods would work, but character and game mechanic mods might have compatibility issues.

hi the jedi mod has a command crown relic, which converts any relic into a screen with a choice of relic... maybe that is possibly conflicting
