Possible issue:
Caravans of the Old World
Caravans of the Old World - Kislev addon
Not game breaking, but caravans do not heal one outside of friendly territory nor do they replenish their ammo outside of the turn when they're summoned outside of your capital.
The only suspects i can think that might be responsible in my modlist are:
AI Army Tasks and Strategy
Campaign Configuration Mod
Dwarf's Mountain Home: The Underways
Dwarf's Mountain Home: SFO submod
Karak Izmir is showing the following on the highlighted army
Edit, same with Barak Varr and other cities.
Food Lost (Climate) +65520
Food Expended Per Unit -40
No armies or units healing anywhere on the map.
Many units do not show any positive numbers on their supply replenishment even though they're in build up provinces with lots of food.
Could it be that the issues are linked to continuing the game after a campaign victory?
More edits: Going back to a pre victory save does not have this issue. Healing and supplying working as normal. So victory conditions are an issue.
Victory Conditions Overhaul - this mod might cause issues.
