Hey there sorry for the late replay i did some testing and i still can't get it to work i took a screen shot to show what it says in the in game mod list when you hit ESC and look on the bottom right scrolling all the way down in the mod list.

As for trying your suggestion it also did not work so i retried the mod without the other mod that might of been breaking the server which i think it might of before so i will be testing that next once i unsub the following belofe before i tested it.

To do further testing but I had issues with connecting to my server with the "DeLorean Time Machine" I believe but i will be testing that now latter today when i'm free so i will send out another update on that too.

As for your police mod and skin I'v resubbed to them and subbed and added to my menu mods and hosted server adding the following mods

I'v Tested "Ford Crown Victoria Police (beta)" and "1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Reskin Pack".

Without the DeLorean Time Machine car mod enabled in my mod menu and added in my workshop and mods list i was able to connect to my server using only the following mods added to workshop and mods tab in local hosted server settings.

Only using theses mods in local hosted server settings only below.

The "1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Reskin Pack" mod sadly not working i'm sorry to give you this news, The game can not find your skin according to the screen shot i took and uploaded for you hope it helps.

However the Ford Crown Victoria Police (beta) mod does not seem to show in yellow test on the bottom right mod list when you scroll down after hitting ESC to see the mod list only your one shows in yellow text stating the following.

"1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Reskin Pack not found"

I just hope this helps in anyway to get it up and running if anyone else is having theses issues I hope this information may help in anyway possible.
