cant use mods in multiplayer

whenever i load the mods and exit and then click multiplayer, then i go public match but its telling me to unload the mods before i can. was this intentional?

This is so because treyarch has decided so and although he can remove this limitation I share his decision and I will not unlock public games with the mod.
