Stupid silliness; using this mod as a base, would it be possible to make asymmetric eyes? Eyes displaying details such as heterochromia, specific details such as the Sharingan from Naruto or the Brand from Fire Emblem Awakening, or a damaged eye paired with a functional one? I feel these would be solid applications of future mods based on the extender, what do you think of their viability?

No unfortunately not. The eyes share the same material for both of them, and it would require editing the base head mesh for asymmetrical eyes to work.

Im assuming the reason you ask is because of how cybernetic eyes allows only one eye to be cybernetic?

Great work on the mod! I have a small enhancement request: You already included yellow elf eyes and gold augmented eyes - if it is not too much trouble, could you please add some glowy eyes in bright and soft shades of yellow in the next release?

Slit Cat/Snake eyes would be cool. I'm always in the market for cosmetic mods that let you "show" Gene mods and such.
