For the EE and the map in general i recommend getting vulture aid as soon as power is on as it lets you see where all part locations are and perks you may need.

1. open your way to power and turn it on (parts are next to jug and next to muscle milk)
2. activate the button just before the electric cherry room on the right side of the room
3. next to widows wine a metal door should open, shoot the small panel on the far wall and in the same room a small door will open with the summoning key
4. in the room with deadshot there will be a zetsubou ritual table, place the summoning key there
5. (explosive weapon required)shoot 3 antennas that are outside of the map which are sparking, one above the muscle milk building in the direction of spawn, the next facing the opposite way above the speed cola building (both are able to be shot from the I.C.U. catwalk), and the other above the bar/jug building
6. in front of the door to the muscle milk building in the direction of the first antenna there will be a small antenna to pick up
7. after picking it up take it to the spawn room and place it on the shelf behind the couch
8. next go to the bar and pick up a radio sitting on the corner of the bar and place it in the same spot at spawn
9. after placing the radio grab the jackhammer in the cave nearest to the power switch with the mp40 wallbuy near timeslip then go to the other cave near tacti-quila sangria and "mine" the small element 115 rock on the ground and take it back to spawn and place it with the other two items
10. you can end the game by interracting again or say woohoo and continue
