Bug Reports are Recommended to go here, but I may respond in the comments too.

Known Bugs
Firearm bullets not hitting the desired target in close range.
SOLUTION: Disable collisions, as this problem cannot be solved conventionally (via code).

Fixed Bugs
Submachineguns injuring their operator.
