I am having the same issue on my server (very busy, up to 30 players).

Some mod on my server is causing an ungodly amount of "GlobalModDataRequest" to be send which result in memory leaks and crashes after a while. You can check this when logged in as an admin. Open your admin panel once your server is running for a while and select "Packet Counts".

There should be an item in the list that looks like that:
"32001-GlobalModDataRequest: xxx"

If xxx is some really high number (like 10 or 20k or even more) then we have the exact same problem and this mod is causing it
