That said, people have managed to get it working with a bit of save folder editing, if you're willing to give it a try - see https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/2822286426/3452590985284925647/#c3767857092595762965
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2822286426\mods\RV_Interior\media\maps\vehicle_interior
This was the path the the RV INTERIOR mod files we will be using.
When you get to this folder COPY all files here EXCEPT for the map.info file, it will be the only INFO file type in this folder so it should be easy to find.
Once you have these files copied you will have to navigate to a new folder location which contains the map used in the CDDA challenge.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\maps\Muldraugh, KY
This is the path to the CDDA challenge map, CDDA uses the MULDRAUGH map in this instance, the way i found this was was through trial and error, i initially thought it would be listed under a subfolder here called challengemaps, but intuition prevailed, seeing how you start in muldraugh for this challenge.
Once you open the Muldraugh,KY folder, Paste the files from the mod folder we copied into this folder.
Once you've done all these steps i HIGHLY recommend using some form of cheat mod to test it, I used the Rebirth cheat mod to spawn in the Bounder RV when testing this, I also created a new save for each test, under the assumption that a current save wouldn't work.
Cheers to RobRendell for pointing me to that discussion that pushed me to figure this out!
