Zombies Spawning in Rv

Hi is thare a way to prevent zombies spawning in the Rvs? I just lost my character to 10 zombies spawned in a truck I was looking at it for solid 10 minutes not believing that it hapened I was ok with 1 or 2 zombies in rvs but 10-20 is overkill
