Inpunt lag and low fps

The ambient occlusion effect generates input lag and lowers my fps, is this normal?
I have a ryzen 5 5600g working with its integrated

With a weaker GPU ambient occlusion could possibly could lower frame rates.

Too bad :(, but my gpu doesn't go higher than 80%. That's why I assumed it was some lack of optimization

I haven't done in-depth testing but I suspect the ambient occlusion is inefficient in draw calls and transferring data between the CPU and GPU.
