Did you activate Challenge Mode? Challenge Mode reduces Jugg Health down to 2 Hit Red Screen, 3 Hit Down.

I dont think mule kick works. I got it bought a gun and it still had me have 2 guns

nvm found out the number of guns you can get with it increases at 15

I will look into this and try to post an update later this week, only want Jug to be 3 hit down for Challenge mode.

it just crashes when I try to launch the map, entire game just quits to desktop

The perks given by the random perk machine don't work. I wasn't playing in challenge mode and both jugg and mule kick didn't give me any of their effects.
