- New research, it is now required for unlocking the UFOpedia section and for the Proving Grounds, thank to "Endlesspie49" for the lore with that part.
- Added some more starting ability for the Viper King (End bind + Sustain Bind)

- Lore cleanup.
- The Archon King now has lore, thanks again to "Endlesspie49" for his help with that part
- The Viper King now has upgradable wapon (conventional, magnetic, beam Caster) with each upgrades having meaningful buff.
- The config file are now user friendly with explanation and Default value (from this mod and base game)

- The weapon for the Viper King should now be fixed (weapon previously didn't appeared)
- The Viper now has access to his three weapon, thanks to MergingApollo for reporting the bug.
- Added localization for the weapons, should fix the "no friendly name" issues.
- The Frost glob is now fixed
- The Viper King's weapon should now be unlockable and not be available from the start.
- Fixed the Viper King's Frostbite

- The tech are now present, making it possible to unlock the rulers
- The UFOpedia section now works
- The localization for the Viper King's weapon should now change for the number of ammo

- The Viper King's weapon are now locked behind resesarch (you get the upgraded version at the same time that you get the standard Bolt Caster upgrade)
- They now cost the proper amount of resources.
- The FrostBite should now be class specific (please report about that if you find any bug)
- The Viper King's weapon are now unlocked with the Viper King's recreation (proving grounds research)
- Thanks to RustyDios for his help with the DLC_Info file. It's now readable and better than ever. Also, thanks to him, the frost bite is now fixed

As always, a lot of things are exposed to config. (The time of the mind control, is it infinite, how many unit can be mind controlled per pods, what is the chance of it happening...)

You will need to rebuild your rulers using the "Additional console command" mod
