I found 2 codes in the shack so far, one in the attic and one behind the filing cabinet near stans bedroom, any help deciphering these?

I found 2 more ciphers in the backrooms (It's an Easter egg you can find by jumping into the bottomless pit, because it has a random chance of sending you there) anyone willing to decipher these?
