there is no bin folder in the lua folder

Not detecting files.

I did not have a GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua/bin (whatever the directory is) folder, so I created one like it said. It still will not detect. What do I do?

I've uninstalled it. It seems the author has stopped responding. Show's over boys, we've all been played.
