Also imagine on a server with theft allowed, a car is stolen with passengers inside and they then find themselves waking up to be teleported out of a safehouse zone, or trapped inside of a box/garage, etc.. If the thief could kick players out that would help to avoid this when it isn't intended by said thief.
It would of course enable some amount of abuse if someone regularly logs off in their vehicle, but I think the primary use case is for when you're disconnected or desync'd, not for logging off in your car all the time - at least that's how I see it.
