Country Specific Changes

Empire of Japan:
  • Received the option to merge factions with any non-socialist Russia upon meeting specific requirements such as the 2nd Weltkrieg having begun, securing China and South East Asia, and the Entente having a US-tag in their faction.

German Empire Changes:

Austria Changes:
  • Austria gets access to a decision to merge its faction with the Reichspakt as soon as either the Commune of France or Russia are at war with Germany.
  • Efforts have been made to make the army, air, and economic rehabilitation portions of the focus tree stronger and more modern. Adjusting the positioning of certain bonuses to allow for easier access, and re balancing others in order to be more viable.
  • Austria now gets access to a decision to declare war on Serbia immediately after they have completed the focus 'Together Against Austria'

Ottoman Empire Changes:
  • Received decisions to declare war on all of the main Balkan nations if they own Western Thrace, all of their core territory, and either Austria has declared war on the Belgrade Pact or world tension has reached 40%.

Commune of France Changes:
  • Field marshal Maurice Gamelin and several other generals have had their traits and skills tweaked.
  • Army focuses & modifiers given a substantial re balance. Splitting the army tree into two distinct and equally powerful paths.
  • All eco paths other than 'Embrace Planism' have received substantial buffs.

French Republic Changes:
  • The army roster has received significant changes, moving or removing certain generals and adding others.
  • Focus times have been reduced significantly.
  • Buffs have been given to certain army and industry modifiers.
  • The number of political advisors which provide manpower bonuses has been increased.
  • Significantly more manpower is provided by the focus 'Expand the Foreign Legion'.

Brazil Changes:
  • Has access to decisions to preemptively invade a hostile Argentina and join the Entente if a US-tag is in the Entente.

Canada Changes:
  • The focus tree has been substantially reorganised, making certain focuses less linear, and adding a handful of new and powerful ones.
