- Added a bug fixes for the command and possibly the recruitment, thanks to Phillip for bringing up the issue and Iridar for providing the bug fixes
- Added the corpse as a requierments for building a codex

- The codex should now be buildable using an existing campain (thanks to Krakenous and RustyDios for the fix)
- The codex is now classified as a robot, so no more will

- The proving ground should now require codex brain, thank to [FM]Whimsical Chronicles for bringing this bug up
- You now need to have completed the first codex story mission

- There are now different cost for difficulties, the corpse requirement is fixed. You will need to complete the "Examine codex brain" story mission, thanks to TeslaRage for his help

- Added some localization text for the TP ability, made the localization responsive to change for the AP cost (if you change the value in "PACodexAbility.ini", it should change the text
- Fixed the Psi bomb ability (configurable in "XcomGameData_PACodexAbility.ini".)

- The Proving ground bug is fixed. Once you kill a codex, a new item will spawn. THIS USES THE CODEX BRAIN IMAGE, It will only be used for the project at the proving ground

- Added support for Covert Infiltration and fixed the cost / time to create the Codex
