Players can't join when there's too many modules in the game.
When teleporting too many modules on board, players can no longer join as the snapshot gMod sends upon joining a game is too big to send. Jettisoning stuff out only sometimes helps.

Don't have a Git account, so I couldn't put it on there. Sorry.
