Error
I get this error [Wendigo: in Gmod] lua/entities/npc_wendigo/shared.lua:50: attempt to call field 'ConsoleCommand' (a nil value)

And this error

Also, the wendigo has missing textures even if I have installed the textures for it. It won't move aswell, only make noises.

if he isn't moving do nav_generate in console, also the fact that the textures are missing may be because you launched it without textures and didn't restart after you mounted the textures to your game.
