One of the first things I noticed on the map was the aggresive clipping you've done, and I think that really effects the map, because it's just there without telling the player convincingly you can't, I think gameplay and map feeling would improve greatly if you didn't just slap a straight invis wall or playerclip around the area.

When I first loaded in I really wanted to explore what was behind me in t spawn, invis force, that nice catwalk there in front, where I wanted to see if I can hide there and save my weapon, nope. the cliff side to see if I can jump there nope, the ally on the right, let me see if I can hide around the beam to take cover, nope. That helipad Oh I can go on it!? Nope. nothing told me visually I can't go on it. I found that on a lot of spots on the map, really leaves the creativity of the players out on the map.

Overall the map looks really beautiful but the clip brushes are really aggressively placed
Right side of the T spawn in the alley way, you can boost on top of the door with the help of your teammate.
On the left side of CT Spawn that first alley way, on the top of the stairs to the right of the rock wall, there is one rock you can stand on giving you potentially an advantage

I'm actually working on a proper clipping now, currently its so aggressive just because i wanted to get this map out and gather some feedback, i'm also working on the "vox system" as i call it, it's this voice that sometimes announces something on the map, right now it's set to play 40 seconds after the round starts but i want it to play randomly and with more variety of announcements than just one. I'll open up the map more in the next update!
With the help of your teammate, on site you can jump on top of the bright green "EXIT" sign and the small prop in the corner to the right that's a bit higher to get an unfair advantage over the site
In the corner of the map where the text says "FXCRP" You can throw the bomb out of the map because the clip brush isn't touching all the way to the end. edit: In the parking garage

Nope it matters a lot, i'm very thankful!
On T side the middle path you got 2 lights you can jump on or get caught on, near the floor.

But also inside on the garage door, you can jump on top with the help of a teammate, and stay hidden in the other part of it cause it's not solid.
If you take the ladder on the left there will be door frame past the sink, you can jump on top of the door, frame okay ill stop until its updated I guess.

I'm working on fixing all the things you listed right now! I didn't know about half of those xD
