CANT UPGRADE ARMOR!!!!
it wont let me upgrade the armor, i have all the required components and i have 100 smithing with all perks but it wont let me upgrade the armor, im trying to upgrade the bloodlust armor or whatever it was called, someone please help :(

if you haven't figured out by now you need the rings.
