IF THIS DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU
try installing this addon and then the required items
or the other way around, gmod 13 had a weird mounting issue which i cannot fix
maybe restart your game!

if you have any more issues

could be some sort of ai mod that manipulates the ai of npcs so that they're hostile
