changed ticking whilst time is stopped to PlayLoop() instead of PlayMusic() so now music and ticking can co-exist, ticking should play more often.
made color more consistent if you're not using the random color filter
update 3.1: changed how it finds bodies, it had a range of 10000; now its -1e10
update 3.2: made color more consistent when resuming time
made saturation start at 1 not 1.5
added an option for toggling whether fires should be deleted when you stop time

1 limited time: be able to stop time only for 10 seconds after the animation.
2 DebugWatch() how much time you've got left (ill replace this later with proper gui) replaced
made unfreeze actually unfreeze stuff then you can grab it and throw it.
anything that you grab has its recorded velocity multiplied by 2.5x

if you lag the above mentioned timers should be more consistent
vehicle unfreeze doesn't only work when you have limited time enabled now lol
update 8.1:
added a new in sound option, AUT TW:GH (has a unique start-up thing + voicelines)
the tw:gh sound option gives double limited time
(sorry if im not updating or doing anything im just playing games literally)
added new tw au timestop sound (requested by quilzaaaa_ )
^ lets you move even when you're doing the start-up
^^ it has .5 more start-up to fit the sound and to balance the moving special
^^^ has the jotaro p4 out sound because its the same
made fov zoom work with any fov setting (120 recommended still)
made the options look way cleaner and readable by separating options into 2 categories: sounds and options
added a new option (major):
changes the way it stops objects from rigid to Autumnatic's CHRONODIAL, disables unfreeze key as you can just grab stuff and doesn't make everything non-dynamic
^ god's hand is best used with this new option as it freezes mid-air but keeps its momentum therefore launching whatever you hit with the same strengh
