For RPGO or LWOTC as they have their own internal personal copies of this mod, which have extra functionality this mod does not.

In the case of LWOTC - the component unit item gamestate dictating an Officer and the LWotC code and functions surrounding officers and the display of the Officer Ranks and Icons.

in the case of RPGO - the dedicated controls for the Universal Soldier custom class and rank icons, the extra icons and code for the showing of primary and secondary weapon and all the extra code surrounding individually purchased stat gains, as well as stat points.

* I say it can't happen, but in effect it can. It's just way past difficult to do and honestly not worth the effort - at this time- and would require entire new versions of RPGO/LWotC

After huge internal reworks .... now works with RPGO, just sub n play :)
