Forward Operator

Template name: IRI_SK_ForwardOperator

When a new group of enemies is revealed, immediately gain an action. Triggers once per turn.

During enemy turn, it functions like Interrupt. During your turn, it gives an action point directly. This part may fail to work if the enemies are revealed as the result of a turn-ending melee attack with movement, like Slash.
