How to remove "Explosion.LUA"
This is going to be a guide on how to Remove "Explosion.LUA" from the game files and be able to get the mod to actually function.

First you need to go to your steam library and right click on Teardown.
Then you need click on "manage."
Then click "Browse local files."
Now you need to click on the file named "data" and open it.
Now you need to find the file named "script." and open that as well.
lastly you need to find the .LUA file named "explosion" and move it to your desktop or somewhere safe in case you don't like this mod and/or want to return to vanilla explosions by simply putting the .LUA file back in its original place.
Once Explosion.LUA is removed and out of the game files and the mod is enabled you should be able to load up Teardown with the new fancy explosions.
If you want to use this mod in the campaign then you'll have to replace the main lua script with this mod.
If you are still having problems with getting the mod to work or similar questions please ask so that I can try and help you or make this mod better. Every suggestion/question helps!

Can you set it so subscribing to the mod automatically removes it? (Sorry if this is a super naive question I don't know crap about modding)

@Barushie Honestly I wish I could make the installation easier but as far as I know, there is nothing I can do to make it easier. So no, I cant set it up where the "explosion.LUA" file is removed automatically. I also don't know anything about modding/coding because all this mod is, is just me editing some numbers in the config. Hopefully the guide helps you, if you have problems please tell me as I'm happy to help you get this mod to work.

As long as you haven't deleted the file, all you need to do is put it back in the same place. If that doesn't work or maybe you deleted it then you should be able to verify the games integrity and it should restore the files. If you need help on how to verify the integrity then please tell me as I'm happy to help.

That's not how the game works (it's not possible to modify the game's data through mods)

Make sure you followed the instructions correctly, I doubt this works for everybody but you happen to not work for some reason. And if it still doesn't work then describer your problem in better detail

Removing the file is meant to remove the vanilla explosions, so the modded ones can fill in. Make sure you have the mod enabled.

I have the mod enabled and the lua file deleted but none of the explosions are showing up

Weird, never had this happen. Make sure you don't have any conflicting mods (mods that handle explosion effects) and turn them off, if that doesn't work then here is a list of things that might help.
1. disable\uninstall every mod (even the explosion one) and only re enable the explosion mod.
2. verify the games integrity so it may fix any issues\ reinstall the .lua file, go back and remove the file and see if that works
3. reinstall the entire game if none of those work.
If literally none of those worked, tough luck I guess I have no clue. I hope this helped! :)

Once u get to the data folder, click it then find the script folder, and scroll down 'till u see "explosion.lua." Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!1!1111!!!!!!!
