No combine soldier / elite rations since they dont sleep or eat.

Anti-Fatigue rations, as mentioned by the Overwatch voice in city 17.
"Attention [CP unit.] Anti-Fatigue ration is now 3 milligrams."

idea: combine rations, they are made exclusively for the people who join the combine.
