After subscribing, Restart your game. stay idle for a bit, let the mods load in the menu. There is an option in the open menu called 'mods'. If you see 'ERROR', press 'Recompile'. Once it's done, you should see a button saying 'Inactive', press on that button when it appears as 'Active' in green text. done! Hope it helped!
