Double death

For some reason, the death acidifier causes the colonist's death to happen twice.
From what I've tested, X initially dies from the original cause, and then there's a chemical burn death
"X expired"
"A chemical burn caused X to die."

"A stab wound caused X to expire'
"A chemical burn caused X to expire"
