I don't think this will happen anytime soon. Mainly because:

1. That's a lot of characters and weapons. Coding takes time and coding over 20 NPCs is hell.

2. MOB Games, the creator of Poppy Playtime... isn't really the best group of people. They've been through a couple controversies like bullying minors for practically no reason. I wouldn't really support them if I were you.

One more thing, there is actually some NPCs from Poppy Playtime in Gmod already. Huggy, MLL, and most of the chapter 2 characters are in.

Actually, Poppy Playtime is sort of good if the company behind it wasn't awful. MOB Games bullies people out of jealousy.

2 things. One: he hates poppy Playtime, why would he create an NPC pack out of a game he hates? Two: Chapter 3 isn't even out yet, the thing hasn't even been officially announced

There actually was a poppy playtime chapter 2 npc pack whynutboi made, however it was taken down due to so many people begging for pug a pillar, according to a steam user. However it could also be because he doesn't like mob games.
