Full Guide (Ironically Incomplete)
Prologue - (Hospital/Construction) - Grab the key from the door at the very far back parallel to the double doors (beside the barricades) and use that on the double doors to escape

Level 0 - (Main Backrooms) - Random spawns, find your way to the tall ceiling areas where there's a bunch of holes (don't fall or you'll get sent into Level "!"). After this, find the table beside a ladder attached to a vent where you'll find the key for the elevator. On your way back to the main area, hug the left wall and look for the crowbar table and press the button (although I'm not quite sure what the button really does) then find the giant "EXIT" sign sprayed with orange paint and bash the unusual wall beside it with the crowbar where you'll then be greeted by the elevator as an exit to level 1.

Level 0.5 - (!) - Only my friend has been here, so I don't have any knowledge of what this may look like.

Level 1 - (Parking Lot) - Simple one, look for the room with 3 switches on the first floor and then go back to the parking lot you spawned in and you'll see a glowing red light indicating you can now escape the area. (You can still access level 1.5 through the same means as last time.)

Level 2 - (Sewer) - Revamped map, same jumpscare, different entity. Take a right, make sure you get jumpscared, and get to the end, either go left or right until you find a set of 6-7 doors (Forgot to count) and try them all until one opens and once that one does, you've escaped.

Level 3 - (Electrical Room) - Same layout, different textures. Activate one switch, open the main control room, two-three entities are present but you can kill them with your crowbar. After you switch the lever in the main control room, a giant gate will open on one side. Behind the gate, there's a giant entity. It's just a giant square so you can go either left or right and end up at the elevator and be able to exit.

Level 4 - (The Office) - Simple, you could take the job and end the game as an M.E.G. member or take the elevator to Level 5.

Level 5 - (Victorian Hotel) - INTENSE JUMPSCARE IN THE BOILER ROOM Same thing as last time, but the entity's the old one from level 2. Also, there's a tall, black entity that follows you with intense music and has an intense jumpscare if you get caught. (There are 3 floors in this building but all you have to do is go to the (facing the fireplace) second floor's east side and go down the staircase where you'll find sandbags stacked on top of each other, jump above that and enter the silver door. Here you'll see one zombie monster just does a 3x3 rotation around the place, while he does that just go ahead and head to the far back of the room and turn valves 1 and 2 then hide behind the boilers so the guy doesn't catch you and then you'll find valves 3 and 4 in the center boilers. The exit should open after this and you'll see it parallel to the door you entered from.) The valves are now on the walls. They must be twisted in order of 1-4. The fourth one is at the center, labelled. After that go to the door parallel to the boxes and you'll enter Level 6.

Level 5.5 - (Better Call American Psycho) - Head to the toilet room for this joke level.

Level 6 - (Pitch Black) - Just walk Northwest until you find the metal door which is the exit.

Level 27 - (Wood Backrooms) - Undiscovered

Endings Found:

- Bad
- Good (Finish Level 6)
- Worse than Death (Didn't actually get this one, I just heard it exists according to a comment that exists on the previous guide.
