1 - Cards with the Plan keyword should also have the Strategy tooltip.
2 - Brainstorming does not have a preview for Conspiracy. (Reference: Noh Dancer shows cards side by side. Many mods like Downfall cycle through previews.)
3 - Hidden Knife+ gives 1 Plan but does not say so.
4 - Power Armor and Repair are both missing the Plated Armor tooltip.
5 - Skillful Slash ends with double L and reads "top fo". Also: Snipe, not Sinpe.
(I ignored most of these minor errors since it doesn't really matter.)
6 - Ultimate Pill lists Dexterity twice.

Readability suggestion:
Consider adding keywords for "put card on draw pile" and "check top of draw pile". Imagine if Good Plan simply read "Whenever you Bounce or Peek, gain 4 Block." Saves so much text space, doesn't it?

Feedback on patch of November 14th:
Currently, hand size 10 does make gameplay smoother and I honestly don't think this was a big nerf. I don't mind if mods aren't tightly balanced, but if you feel like crunching numbers again, take a look at Strategy, like how much energy it produces, how many cards it draws, whether 8 Plan is a good threshold, how much Plan you gain from cards, etc.
