Wall of flesh broken item bug
I'm not sure what in this mod is causing it, but when I kill wall of flesh everything is normal until I pick up an item, (i don't know what item it is) but as soon as I pick up the "item" my game instantly closes with an error message. And since my game instantly crashes I can't start hard mode. And that makes the game unbeatable.

I faced this same issue, apparently is Calamity. But yet to confirm fully. I happened to kill WoF once where it didn't drop that item, not sure if I was lucky.

Considering this is a rather severe issue and we haven't gotten any other reports on it, we will assume this is another mod's problem for the time being
