When browsing QoT's crafting search and typing in several random characters this mod seemingly causes a buffer overflow allowing for a item to be crafted without any of the listed required materials. Depending on the mods installed this can allow for extremely late game items to be crafting immediately after creating a new character, breaking the game's balance.
