Valve Stats suck, here are my stats for it.
The Overcompensator

+10% Charge Rate
+65% More Accurate
-Cannot Shoot Unless Scoped (Like the Machina)
-25 Max Ammo

Hope ya like these stats, and im just letting u know dude, valve stats SUCK

How would the accuracy increase work? The sniper rifle shoots exactly where u aim, and there is no fallof or spray, so how do u make it more accurate?

the minigun was not perfectly accurate to begin with. the sniper rifle is always 100% accurate unless you shoot un-scoped... i think. don't quote me on that. also -25 max ammo would mean you always have zero ammo. i cant believe nobody else has noticed that.

What do you mean by more accurate. All sniper rifles are already accurate to the milimeter.

it should hold 5 rounds and have 15% slower draw speed a reload animation simular to a kar98 reload and 65% faster charge and those are my stats for this kar98 like bolt action
