Research for unlocking new lords blocked grayed out for everyone except krell, neferata, and archan. Not sure if I am missing something?

I have yet to be able to research to unlock the lords other than the ones listed. It's not game breaking but sucks.

You have to finish the related missions for each Mortarch. It'lll be more obvious next patch - sorry for the confusion.
