2 bugs - the task is broken, and the hero species are not available.
I encountered two bugs:
1. The "Mortarch of Shadows" task is broken. It's a task in which I need to leave an army near Altdorf. I'm already 3 turns leave an army there, even change the place (but always near the city) - the task does not end. And yet this task blocks a branch of technology! Moreover, in the end, this task blocks the technology "Quintex" - one of the technologies needed to win a long game! :wftosurprised:
2. I can only hire priest - leach heroes. There's a list with other types of heroes - dead man cannon, prince of tombs, morgast arhai, vampire. But they are not available! It says everywhere that to unlock the new type of heroes you need a building that "can't be built in this province" (everywhere except the prince of tombs, he needs the tomb barracks).

On p. 1 bugport removed. It turned out that the fault is not the correct translation into Russian (from the translation mod), it was necessary not just stand, I took an army post "Channeling", and the task was completed.

On paragraph 2, found ways to hire all but the heroes species "Gunner - dead" (in the list of heroes this species on the extreme right). Where, in what city, can I build a building that lets me hire a dead Cannonball? :AetherRay:

It's talking about gunnery wights, the translation is just off a bit, I think. Those can be recruited from Luthor Harkon or The Awakening settlement, to the west of the desert areas across the sea.

Already figured out, these "gunnery wights" heroes can only be hired from Luthor Harkon.
