where are the keys ?

hey, I've been looking for the keys for the small doors but they are nowhere to be found, looked it up and nothing says if you even need keys. does anybody know ?

The only way to get keys is to kill a zombie inside the building. There's a chance keys can spawn on their corpse, then.
