Correction:

bind q +alt1

bind e +alt2

Make sure to remove "q" and "e" if you don't like it.

i use mouse5 and mouse4
bind mouse5 +alt1; bind mouse4 +alt2

honestly why would you bind leaning with Q and E, those 2 buttons are the most important key in the game

You can bind interact to f, flashlight to alt and use spawnmenu with f1
