How to kill a berserker or zerker?

For berserkers you need to use fire damage to soften their outer shell, then use any other weapons.
For zerkers just wait for their chests to open up and shoot it, or use a lot of fire and explosives.

Fire To Stun It Then Just Shoot it

Burn them. Or use explosives.
