I look forward to seeing the AMV and helicopter camouflage.
Now, as a suggestion, I would like a low-vis flag combat shirt. Of course, given the theme of 2035, a full-colour flag would be very symbolic, but not realistic. It would be a little bit entertaining to see Special Forces and others wearing such conspicuous equipment, so I would appreciate it.
I also have a friend who is an active JASDF Officer, and I would like to share with you a JASDF digi-camo texture he created.
This is his hobby and may not be very mod-friendly, but I share it with you because I felt it was better than the current shades.
However, I do not have full permission for this.
If you want to use it, I will check with my friend.
This is an idea to help you improve your textures.
[link removed! thanks!]
That JASDF camo looks really good, but I think I'll stick to mine, thanks for the offer!
As for the low vis flags, the next update will also include patches, so you can put them on the flag-less versions of the uniforms, but a dedicated uniform could be made as well.
If you want to see development updates, I sometimes upload progress reports to my twitter (@Sparky_A3)
Thanks for the kind words :)
Yes, indeed the JSDF uses full-color flags in Iraq, exercises, rescue, etc in IRL.It is a propaganda that tells the citizens of the target country that it is a support, not an invasion.
Therefore, it is generally not used for national defense and use OD/lowvis type(or without flag) in this case.
It would be nice if we can choose both version.
and I have one more idea: JASDF Gripen !
Yes it's lost a FS-X IRL but Armaverse 2035 is possibly use as high-low mix with F-18Ⅱ (and gripen has many fan in Japan) so I suggest this.
Of course I seen your post!
I'm really looking forward to it!
I'd love to see Ghosthawk add a marine camouflage version as well if you can.
Very thanks.
This is another suggestion, but I felt happy to have a JGSDF version of Water Zamak like IDAP Water Zamak.
The JSDF are often dispatched to disaster areas, and they often arrange water trucks for that occasion.
like the following image
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dn1J1VYXsAAi951?format=jpg&name=orig
最大積載量 5000Kg
最大積載容量 5000L
積載物品名 水
(EN: Max weight, Max cap, Loaded goods name Water)
It looks like it could be made with just a little modification to the texture of the fuel vehicle and inherited from IDAP Water.
I felt it would be fun to role-play with that.
Please consider it.
Thank you for the detailed info, that's very helpful!
・The warning display on the tail rotor is unnatural as Japanese.
If you translate "keep away" in Japanese, it becomes "遠ざける".
but IRL, "Don't get close", which is a notation close to "近づくな", is used.
"遠ざける" is means "keep (it) away" in Japanese.

Next update will fix Japanese localization as well, since some items have the wrong translation
As a suggestion, how about using the To-199 (Originally a Yak-130, but almost identical to the M346) as a trainer/light attack aircraft for the JASDF, That named like T-9/F-6.
