Bug reports
KNOWN ISSUES:
1) Additional trunks attached to cars (eg. roof racks) and/or non-standard trunks of modded cars might display unmodified capacity in the mechanics menu. They should display correct, modified capacity in the loot menu.
2) An unindentifed mod causes flickering of trunk capacities in MP. If you have same problem please try to identify which of your mods is doing it by starting new MP games with EWC 2.0 and suspect mod only.

BUG REPORTING PROCEDURE:
If you are experiencing errors (red messages popping up in the bottom left corner) or something is not working otherwise:
1. Check if you have both support mods installed and added to your savegame. These mods are: Eggon's Modding Utils and Vehicle Tweaker API. They are required for EWC 2.0 to function.
2. If you have support mods installed and the problem persists:
2.1. Find console.txt file in C:\Users\[Your username]\Zomboid
2.2. Open it with any text editor. Look for "STACK TRACE". Below it there will be error message. It usually starts and ends with file names and line numbers. It can be between a few and like 50 lines long.
2.3. Copy the whole message and paste it here or provide via some hosting service.
3. Describe in what situation you are experiencing the problem.

If you are experiencing problem without any errors - describe what happens and in what situation.

After error is fixed I will remove the discussion about it to keep this thread clean.

- Capacity multiplier applies to parts besides trunks. Easily demonstrated by turning the multiplier up very high (e.g., 6).

- At least some vehicles seem to not apply the changes until you click on the icon for the container, e.g., KI5's Mercedes W460 - every time you go to access it.

@UdderlyEvelyn Thank's for the report. It's weird that nobody reporteed this earlier. It is like that, because there are some modded vehicles with additional secondary containers (eg. roofracks) that I wanted to be affected by EWC. But you're right it should not affect seats and gloveboxes. Or maybe I'll do an option for that. I'll fix it.
As for the case with Mercedes - can you describe exactly what your'e doing to achieve this effect? Is it related to the main trunk or some secondary one? I had this problem in the past, but I fixed it, I certainly didn't see this behavior in my recent tests. Maybe it happens only immediatelly after reload of the game after some settings changes?

Both, and it happens with vanilla trailers on and off too depending on the settings. If you have your balance tweaks on or not, and multiplier on or not.. Not sure precisely what combination causes it. I kept changing the options live on dedicated and doing /reloadoptions and testing.

@UdderlyEvelyn I'm not able to replicate your Mercedes problem. Works fine for me. You are trying on MP? There was similar problem reported - see the 'known issues' description above. Do you have other mods enabled? I suspect it might be some other mod interfering. Can you try a game with just EWC and Mercedes and no other mods?

I'm having an issue with KI5's HMMV vehicle and the trailer that comes with it. Singleplayer game. Both the car's trunk+roofrack and the trailer constantly change capacity, I can't figure out the pattern.

Right now I'm looking at the trunk having capacity 85. One step to the right and the capacity is 110. Open trailer, capacity 200; step to the side, capacity 260.

@mataglap thank you, a similar problem was reported previously, but for MP and all cars, not just one. But it was reported by one person only. I suspect this might be caused by some other mod, because I was not able to reproduce it. Do you have this problem with this one car only? Can you start a test game with just EWC 2.0 (and the car mod) enabled only and see if this problem persists?

I have the same issue as @mataglap for all of the cars. The correct capacity shows up if you interact with the trunk(deposit or withdrawal), but it does change as you move around. I will try as you suggested and start disabling mods to find the culprit.

@Alkanshel Cool, thanks! Maybe we'll find at last the cause of this weird glitch... Please test first EWC alone to make sure that it functions without this problem when no other mods (other than the support ones OFC) are present.

I'm not exactly sure this is a bug.
My F700 box truck is filled to the brim with items (From fillibusters) and now it cannot move forward. If I empty the truck, it can move.
It has a cap of 780 (I have the organized trait)

Btw, about the flickering of the cap: You can "fix" that by simply clicking the icon on the right that represents the truck. This forces a reload of the correct cap and it works for me at least.

@SouDescolado Hmm, I'd expect that the game has some feature that takes into account the total weight of the car including cargo and compares it with engine power reducing the acceleration, so maybe this car does not have enough power to carry this much? Have you tested half-loaded, etc?

Yep. As soon as you start unloading the vehicle, it starts to "being able to" move. Around 600 it moves slow but moves.
My workaround was to make a mod and change the engine power of the truck

@SouDescolado You don't need to do separate mods. Just edit EWC's vehicles config file and add desired engineForce entry to the vehicle you want to modify... When I find some time finally I'll add that myself.

I had to make another mod because its on a server, so I cant just change the files, afaik.

Unless there is any sandbox method that I do not know

I put 6600 and it worked. The same as the Rhino Towtruck
