In the section where the weird mummy cat things start coming out of the crypts it is possible to softlock yourself if you don't have any shotgun ammo to make the jumps that come up next, and using the grenade launcher isn't viable as you'll kill yourself before you make it to the end. I suggest the dev add a shotgun ammo spawner nearby to prevent this.
