Godmode Glitch
With the new Glitch Gin perk, you can use a grenade and get behind the mystery box location in the broken building. Even the flyers cant hit you in there. Haven't tried any other spots because I got into here on accident the first time when a zombie hit me.

I've done a similar glitch with glitch gin, I used it to get outside of the map in the mine by throwing it in one of those skull windows in the tunnel just after speed cola, then threw one again to get inside the map and had gotten godmode, this worked when doing the orb EE step.
