I had the same problem as @JP

I used only you mod with TTC and Caps For All mods, in my wulfhart campaign spawned armies from the hostility mechanism were bugged, they would spawn and the next turn a colonel appear on top and the army is stuck and will never move, I could not even target them at one point.

Also one of the spawned rogue faction the Trollz "something" (an orc rogue faction) started to pop a new horde every turn, I dont think there was a colonel but they had like 10 empty horde roaming around in Lustria.

I tried a new campaign with same mods but this one and the spawned armies from the hostility were acting fine, while I did not see the rogue faction yet.
