Historical Lucky Nations
The historical lucky nations were chosen to for the Mod in the following order:

California
Texas
Ontario
New York State
Florida
Quebec
Jalisco
New South Wales
British Columbia
Virginia
Michigan
Alberta
Arizona
Massachusetts
Queensland
Chihuahua

Generally the first 8-10 are applied by the game as none of the states have trigger modifiers compared to the vanilla games. 16 have been listed to allow for most multiplayer situations, however the list can be reorganized and expanded based on suggestions.

I only set them so that the mod used them instead of the default European nations, however I personally favor not using any lucky nations and almost always have it turned off.
