Tenant Suggestions
What are some tenants I should make? Preferably ones that will only use vanilla assets. Remember these are just suggestions and there will be no guarantee of me making said tenants, or I may make something similar to a suggestion but with some personal tweaks.

I have some ideas:
-Wizards
-Witches
-Witch Doctors
-Gnomes (because the gnome cap exists in-game)
-Pet owners

ironically i actually have witches, gnomes, and pet owners on my to do list already. Pet owners specifically would be planned as a compat mod with the purchasable pets mod
